How to release fear.
According to A Course In Miracles, “ an untrained mind can accomplish nothing.”
I read somewhere that 95% of us are working on autopilot and habitual thoughts and patterns are running the show.
If you want to change your external world, and I’m sure you do, because you’re here, then you need to change your internal world first.
The first step is to be WILLING and READY. It is work. There’s no easy button. If you’re satisfied with complaining and thinking that if other people just changed or if your circumstances were different that things would be better…. You’re not ready.
One of the first areas to examine is your fears and what’s underneath your fears. First, you have to be aware, then be open to seeing it differently.
When you work through your fears you are creating new habits. I hope you try these steps to uncover fears that are running on repeat.
