I want to share with you more of my favorite pantry staples so you can start building your own healthy pantry.

Native Forest coconut milk, organic (comes in BPA free cans!)

Wild Planet has implemented BPA free packaging for both its 5 oz. skipjack tuna and its 5 oz. Albacore tuna products.

Whole Foods 365 brand unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Many brands of almond milk have additives and carrageenan. This one doesn’t.

Let’s Do Organic Shredded Coconut-make sure there’s no added sweetener in your coconut.

Bragg Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning-we love this on popcorn or anywhere you would sprinkle parmesan.

Zukti Tamarind Sauce– we love Indian food. My kids could eat it every day if we let them. Instead of going out every time they want Indian, I have started to make a few things at home. I just found this sauce and per my kiddos, “It tastes just like the restaurant mom!” With cleaner ingredients. Win!
