Happy Tummy Papaya Smoothie
Get ready for a delicious, refreshing smoothie, that is great for your digestive system.
This smoothie also has tons of vitamins and nutrients that are great for skin, hair and nails.  Read on for all the other benefits.

Happy Tummy Papaya Smoothie

Key ingredients:

Papaya

Papaya is excellent for digestion as it contains digestive enzymes.  Not only does it soothe the digestive tract, remove toxins, and decrease inflammation, it is also great for skin/hair/nails and eyes.  Make sure to buy the large Maradol papayas as they are not GMO. You can also eat the seeds, they are anti-parasitic.  Just throw a Tablespoon of them in your smoothie.

Ginger

This is a potent anti-inflammatory, which makes it a natural painkiller. It is immune-boosting, antioxidant, and anti-fungal. It’s a natural remedy for nausea.

Happy Tummy Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 6 Cups cubed papaya
  • 2-3 dates, pitted
  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 coins fresh ginger
  • 1/2 Cup full-fat organic coconut milk
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

This makes 2 servings.  Have one for breakfast and save the other for a snack later in the day.
