Release & Renew

January 7-9, 2022

Escape to the woods for a weekend-long retreat to start off the new year with intention as we Release & Renew together!

2021 has been an interesting and challenging year for everyone. No one has escaped the collective unrest, division, and uncertainty. In this extraordinary time, we need encouragement, support, and most of all we need each other.

This weekend-long retreat is about Flow. That state where you trust that everything is working out, have a deep sense of peace, and know that everything is happening for you.  We will explore what flow is, how to get into flow, and what is blocking our flow.

We will be clearing out, releasing stuck emotions, bringing awareness to what’s holding you back to use it as fuel rather than a roadblock.

As we begin this new year and reflect on all that we’ve been through, let’s be intentional with who we are being and how we’re showing up in the world.

We’re all re-birthing ourselves.  It’s either in an intentional, take the reins, create the life you desire, kinda way.

Or it’s in a life-is-happening-to-me-victim kinda way.

Let’s set the tone and intention for 2022 together.

Let’s Release & Renew.

The event starts Friday evening with an opening ceremony.  We’ll get right to the deep work with breathwork and then symbolically burn away our limiting beliefs and release what’s no longer working in our lives.

Saturday morning starts with a healthy breakfast and several ceremonies including a group meditation to raise our vibration.

That is followed by a powerful sweat lodge ceremony performed on-site with members of the Lakota tribe.*

The evening concludes with a gratitude meal together.

Sunday we will make vows to ourselves with a commitment ceremony to bring in our new intentions. We will share a final meal together and get into the Flow state before our departures.

Finally, we will celebrate ourselves and the other women with a closing ceremony as we EMERGE RENEWED!

This is for you if:

You are feeling stuck anywhere in your life.

You are frustrated with the same patterns/behaviors showing up over and over.

You have a hard time slowing down or making time for yourself.

You are ready to start 2022 Renewed!

This beautiful retreat center is on 90 acres of wetlands, hidden in the forest in Stanchfield, MN just an hour drive from the Twin Cities. There are walking trails, a labyrinth to do a walking meditation and they have a couple of sets of snowshoes to explore the beautiful property in your free time.

As soon as you step into the lodge you feel the peaceful, beautiful energy. Cozy up by one of the indoor fireplaces, or relax in front of the huge windows looking out at the forest.  This quiet, serene place is perfect for reflection, community, slowing down the pace of life, and restoring balance.

There are individual rooms and a few rooms with 2 beds. Each room has a sink. There are bathrooms to share on each floor. The Lodge has a meditation room, library, bookshop, 2 fireplaces, and a screened-in porch.

“The ARC land is located within the traditional homelands of the Anishinaabe and the Očhéthi Šakówiŋ peoples. Over thirty years ago, sweat lodges were developed by indigenous people on ARC and continue to this day. ARC offers this land acknowledgment in order to affirm indigenous sovereignty, history, and experiences and is honored to be in contemporary relationships with indigenous communities.”

According to a Lakota elder, the Inipi (sweat lodge) ceremony is a sacred prayer ceremony. “One might think of it as revisiting the womb of mother Earth. We are nourished, cleansed, and in close communion with the spirit world. Our prayers don’t have to travel far, and when we smoke a pipe those prayers are released directly to our helping spirit Relatives.”

*Note that if you are on your menstrual cycle that according to Lakota tradition you are on your own powerful cleansing journey and therefore not to be in the sweat lodge at that time. Please let me know this as soon as you can and I will have a powerful alternative.

I hope you appreciate the love, energy, and time that I put into creating these amazing experiences.

I know that the journey can be exhausting + overwhelming + lonely at times.

I also know how important it is to do the deep work. Through healing ourselves we heal generational trauma and change the future for not only ourselves, but our families and our communities.

I am a Regenerative Detox holistic health coach and I coach women through transitions-divorce, major life changes, etc.. I teach women how to improve their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health through adventure retreats and group coaching.  I’m an expert at listening to your deepest desires and holding space for you to heal.  I show you how your past experiences cause blocks and how those blocks lead to physical symptoms, negative emotions, and unhealthy patterns. Together we will release those blocks and create new healthier patterns.

I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself and that listening to your body and loving yourself you can transform your life.

There has never been a better time than now.

I am here to guide you + I believe in you.

With love + gratitude,
