Breathwork is an active meditation that quiets the mind and releases stuck energy, allowing the body to heal itself.
Stress and emotions get stuck in our bodies and lead to premature aging and disease. Your breath is an amazing tool that detoxifies and cleanses so that your body can repair and regenerate.
Here’s just some of what I have experienced and witnessed breathwork do:

During a 1:1 breathwork session, you lay on the floor and breathe an open-mouthed circular breath. As you hyper-oxygenate the bloodstream, the glands are stimulated and energy moves while cells release toxins.
Sessions are 75 minutes and sold in packages of 10.
Sessions can be done in person or via Zoom.
